Pakistan's First AI-enabled Campus Management System

Free for Pakistani schools

Free school software, without the catch

CampusOnline is a free campus management system for Pakistani schools. No licence fee, no per-student fee, no paid edition hiding the good parts. This page says exactly what free means, what it includes, and the one thing you do pay for.

What free means

The whole campus management system, not a starter edition

Most 'free school software' is a trial, a cut-down tier, or a version with the fee module removed. This is none of those. Every school gets every module.

AI teaching

Lesson planning, question papers and student practice, with AI doing the drafting and your teachers keeping the judgement.

Admissions

A guided wizard that takes a child from walk-in to enrolled, with the guardian, the class, the fee and the first challan all created together.

Fees

Generate monthly challans for every enrolled student, preview the run before you commit it, and collect at a counter that finds a family in seconds.

Accounts

Every fee receipt and approved expense posts to a real ledger, against the cash counter or the specific bank the money went into.

Academics

The academic side of the school — who is in which class, who came in today, and what they scored.

WhatsApp & SMS

Fee reminders, challans and school notices sent to parents on WhatsApp from the portal — with SMS as the fallback for a number that is not on it.

Staff and setup

Fees, classes, grading, expense heads and branding are settings you control — not a support request with a waiting time.

The honest part

What you do pay for

A free campus management system still has to run somewhere. Here is the whole of it.

Cloud hosting and maintenance

Your own database, nightly backups, patched servers and someone to call. Quoted by school size, billed annually. This is the only charge — and if you host it yourself, there is none.

Not your data, in either direction

We do not sell, share or train on school, student or guardian data. Free is sustainable through the cloud charge alone, and that is the trade we would rather make.

Fair usage, in one paragraph

Use it for your own school and its campuses. Reselling access or running other schools through your account needs an agreement. Nobody is ever suspended by an automatic threshold — if usage changes, you hear from a person first.

What a Pakistani school is choosing between today, and where each one leaves you.

Registers and Excel

Free, and it costs you every month

No licence, but fees never quite tally, arrears live in someone's memory, and every month closes with a person reconciling four things by hand. The cheapest system is the one that loses money quietly.

Licensed school ERP

Per student, per module, per year

Often a foreign product with the currency changed. Sibling concessions, arrears carried over, the SIM in the office drawer — the things a school here actually does become workarounds you pay extra for.

Straight answers

Questions about free school software

Is CampusOnline really free school software, or is it a trial?

It is free, not a trial. There is no licence fee, no per-student charge and no per-module charge, and no expiry date after which the software stops working. The only cost is cloud hosting and maintenance if you want us to run it for you — and a school that hosts it on its own server pays nothing at all.

What does a free campus management system actually include?

Everything in the product. Admissions with family lookup, monthly fee challans, a fee collection counter with printed receipts, double-entry accounts with statements, attendance, exams and report cards, a staff register, WhatsApp and SMS messaging to parents, and the AI teacher planner. There is no cut-down free tier and no paid edition above it.

Then what do we pay for?

The cloud your school runs on: your own database, nightly backups, servers somebody keeps patched, and a person to call when something is wrong. That has a real cost, and it is the only one we pass on. It is quoted once we know the size of your school.

Is there a limit on students or campuses?

Not in the software. The cloud plan you choose sets how many students and campuses it is sized for, and a school that outgrows it gets a conversation and a new quote — never a locked account.

Why would anyone give school software away free?

Because the software is not the expensive part of running a school system — the hosting, the backups and the support are. Charging for those and nothing else means a school never pays for a feature it does not use, and it keeps us honest: we only earn while the school is happy enough to keep its cloud plan.

Can we leave, and take our data?

Yes. Your data is yours. You get an export on request, and because the software is free you can move it to your own server and keep using it. We do not hold a school's records against an invoice.
